This list is not exhaustive. If your insurance plan is not listed we may participate or bill out-of-network. Contact us directly to find out.

We bill select out-of-network plans directly. For insurance plans not included on our accepted list, we ask that you pay our self-pay rate at the time of service. We will then provide you with a superbill or itemized invoice, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please contact our office directly for further guidance on this process.

Yes. We offer transparent self-pay rates starting at $60 for intern therapists, $90 for provisionally licensed therapists, and $120 for fully licensed clinicians. Sliding scale options are available based on financial need.

We offer both 45 and 60-minute sessions to accommodate different therapeutic needs, such as individual, couples, or family sessions. The specific length may vary based on your therapist’s clinical approach and your individual treatment plan.

Your first session is a dedicated space for you and your therapist to connect. Your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to understand your history and current well-being, discuss your expectations for therapy, and collaborate on establishing clear, personalized goals for your treatment journey.

Appointments are typically scheduled on a recurring weekly basis to maintain consistency and support your therapeutic progress. While we generally recommend weekly sessions, we offer the flexibility to arrange bi-weekly or more frequent appointments to better accommodate your specific clinical needs.

While our internal team focuses exclusively on therapy and counseling, we partner closely with select private-practice psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. To make your care as seamless as possible, we handle all scheduling and billing for these providers directly through our practice. If medication management is a part of your treatment plan, we can easily connect you with one of these independent medical providers.

Yes. We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $60 late cancellation fee.

We know life happens—emergencies, sudden illness, and unexpected events occur. This fee is applied at your therapist’s discretion, as we always aim to be fair and understanding of extenuating circumstances.

We are deeply committed to providing a warm, supportive space for healing. Read about the experiences of those who have walked through our doors in East Islip and Bay Shore.
