Katherine Joseph

Katherine Joseph is currently pursuing a second graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a current Master of Educational Leadership degree. She has 10+ years of experience in the field of special education, providing outreach and counsel to parents of children with special needs, legal guardians and educators. As an RYT-200 yoga instructor, paired with studies completed in Health and Life Coaching, Master An-Ra Energy Healing and Clinical Hypnosis, Katherine is able to use a mild form of hypnosis to help clients eat healthier, reduce stress, and fall asleep easier. Katherine is passionate about combining conventional therapeutic approaches with spiritual and alternative practices. She believes in ongoing healing of the whole self, inspired to support you on your unique journey to living a more authentic, connected and fulfilling life.
