Our Bay Shore office features therapy rooms on two levels, as well as a few steps at the main entrance to enter the building. While we do have upper-level offices, we can easily accommodate ground-floor therapy rooms upon request for anyone with mobility preferences or concerns.

We also offer dedicated off-street parking in our private lot right near the entrance. Please let our team know when scheduling your appointment if you need a ground-floor room so we can make sure space is reserved for you—or feel free to ask about our convenient telehealth options!

We accept many major insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Fidelis, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, 1199, and NYSHIP (out-of-network). Insurance coverage is identical across all our locations. If your plan isn’t listed, we can provide itemized superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

The charges for self-pay individual counseling sessions are $120 for fully licensed therapists, $90 for therapists with provisional licenses, and $60 for intern therapists. We provide sliding scale fee options to make sure that care is accessible. RTM and Past Life Regressions are not included in insurance coverage, and the self-pay rates can be found on those specific service pages.

We offer flexible scheduling to fit busy lives, including daytime, evening appointments until 9:00 PM on weekdays, and weekend availability. Contact our intake team to find a time slot that works best for you.
