About Kristina Lukasik
Kristina Lukasik is a Mental Health Counselor with a Limited Permit. She also has experience as an EMT and work in cancer research. This has deeply shaped her perspective on resilience, loss and the human experience. These roles have strengthened her ability to support individuals through complex emotional and medical challenges. Grounded in Adlerian theory, she emphasizes the importance of understanding each person’s unique life story, sense of belonging, and personal strengths. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and achieve their goals. Her approach is holistic, client-centered, and tailored to meet each individual where they are in their journey.
