About Peter Paternostro

Pete is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He is a bilingual (Spanish) therapist who has 27 years experience working in the field of education as an administrator for special education and mental health services in public schools. He has worked with all age groups of children from 3 years old to 21. Pete is also certified as a Grief Recovery Method specialist as well as Certified Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories Counselor. As a U.S. Army Veteran, Pete is also passionate about helping veterans who have experienced post traumatic stress. Some of Pete’s other areas of strength include counseling for anxiety; depression; behavior intervention in children; social adjustment; couples, family, and relationship counseling; and adolescent development.

Pete is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish and English.
